Welcome to The Trailhead Haven,
Fruita’s newest home dedicated to the modern adventurer.
This isn't just a rental; it's a meticulously designed, brand-new, three-bedroom, two-bath house built specifically to serve as your ultimate staging ground and sanctuary after a day of conquering the Colorado high desert.

We understand what makes a Fruita trip perfect: quick access to the action and unparalleled comfort when you return. Located just minutes from the world-famous mountain biking trails and a short bike ride to the vibrant downtown, you are perfectly positioned for everything: from the challenging singletrack of 18 Road, to hiking in the majestic Colorado National Monument, or gathering supplies at the Farmers Market and enjoying a local festival.

Inside, the design is sleek, bright, and uncluttered—true modernism rooted in the desert landscape. The open concept living area features inviting the stunning light and views of the Bookcliffs inside. The gourmet kitchen boasts high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a large central island, making it the perfect hub for communal meal prep and trail-planning.
After a dusty day, you’ll appreciate the privacy of three spacious bedrooms and the luxury of two bathrooms, the perfect spot to refresh and recharge.

The Trailhead Haven is where the memory of a hard-earned climb fades into the comfort of a custom-built home. It’s the perfect blend of rugged accessibility and refined relaxation.
I have sought to equip my home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Coffee and cooking basics are available as is a washer and Dryer so that you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.
