Whether you are looking to relax, explore or enjoy Tavira’s many attractions, this is an ideal place to stay. Tavira is situated within the Ria Formosa Natural Park, an area known for its salt pans and diverse wildlife, including flamingos and colourful butterflies. The waterways are busy with yachts, fishing boats and ferries, particularly during the summer, when visitors cross the water to the beautiful Ilha de Tavira.
The island has a good selection of restaurants while remaining an unspoilt area of outstanding natural beauty. This spacious three-bedroom apartment offers all the comforts of modern living, combined with the old-world charm of historic Tavira, with its excellent restaurants, cultural events and famous island beach.
The apartment is impeccably furnished and features a beautifully designed private roof terrace, perfect for dining, entertaining or simply relaxing. The terrace includes comfortable seating, a built-in barbecue and a fridge for keeping drinks cool.
The apartment also provides an excellent base from which to explore the Algarve, including its many beautiful beaches, water sports and nearby golf courses. Benamor Golf is the nearest 18-hole golf course, located approximately 2.5 kilometres away. The Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima golf courses are both less than a 10-minute drive from the apartment.
The property comprises an entrance hall leading to a good-sized living room with a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with a modern four-poster bed and two twin bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes.
There are two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom has a bath with a standard shower over it.
The apartment has air conditioning and a large private roof terrace of approximately 26 m², furnished with a table and chairs, sofas, a built-in barbecue and a fridge. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful views over Tavira’s old town.
Guests also have access to a 16 × 6 metre communal swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and lawn. The pool is shared by only eight apartments, and each apartment has its own sun loungers.

Location, amenities, cleanliness. We were met by Juan who showed us all through the apartment and made sure we were very comfortable with our accommodations. Would highly recommend Happy Homes!

We very much enjoyed our week here. It was well equipped, comfortable and very central.
The pool area was lovely and we ate every meal on the terrace.
We were the only people on the terraces as we were out of season, it is on the roof, so you need to use the lift, this was not a problem.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property and it didn't disappoint. It's in a great location, easy walking distance into town to restaurants, cafes and supermarket. It is a spacious apartment and has everything you need for you holiday - even a beach umbrella. The large pool is lovely and is easily accessible via lift or stairs. Air conditioning in all three bedrooms and sitting room. Property management sorted out our issue very quickly.There is no parking with the property but you can usually park in carpark opposite or bottom of the road.
