Elche is a beautiful place to spend a few days on vacation. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms; it’s on the first floor (up one flight of stairs) and has everything you need for a peaceful family getaway. It’s close to supermarkets (Dumbo and Mercadona), bus routes, pharmacies, and gyms. It features one double bed and three 105 cm beds.

Parties and celebrations are not allowed, and loud noises or shouting must be avoided in the apartment or on the building’s staircase between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any room of the apartment.

You will also be required to sign a temporary lease agreement for non-tourist stays longer than 11 days, in accordance with Spanish law.
