It was perfect for what we needed. I didn’t realize there was only one bathroom but that was completely my fault.
The stairs to go downstairs into the basement were a little rough. The cushions outside could use some replacements.

Not far from Broadway at all! Very clean house with a lot of space! Would stay again!

The house was great! It was fully supplied with anything you need. The house itself is warm and inviting. 3 bedrooms that can sleep 8. The screened patio is so peaceful. The garage has a ping pong table, beer pong table, electronic dart board and other games.
The location is great! Close to just about anything you want to do in Nashville. Broadway and the Ryman are about 5 miles from the house and the opry about a 15 minute drive.
I highly recommend this air BNB for your visit to Nashville. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit.
Everything was great!
