I did not eat breakfast.
I didn't like the fact that the place is at the mall as I struggle with parking and the parking is open to everyone coming to the mall. Guests should be prioritized for parking and it doesn't seem safe

The warmth of the room., everything its there, the is no need to go outside, the restaurant wow, the food so delicious, the staff so friendly and the guys who fetch your luggage...I'm so impressed. I thank you

Cleanliness
Location. The reception desk is in the middle if a shopping centre. Too many people hanging around that is not part of the hotel. Also too expensive. Very little or no privacy around the pool site.
