The property was amazing, it’s so beautiful and the staff are amazing you can’t ask for anything more. The facilities and the breakfast were also great. I would say it’s more of a boutique rather than a hotel because it’s small and intimate which I think makes it so much better. I would recommend to friends and family already. Thank you so much to the La Lua staff you made our stay unforgettable

We arrived during the night, the property offered us to sleep in their spa room which was great. Our wish to upgrade the room was totally unproblematic. We were in the junior suite with a stunning view and even used the bathtub. Everything is very clean and looked after. The front desk staff is extremely friendly, especially Linda was very professional and helpful. They also give you good tips for drivers and outings. Any wish we had there was a solution. Breakfast is good with a few à la carte options. We went to the restaurant daily more because of the lack of choice around the hotel - it’s a bit pricy but food quality is good. Sometime the staff seems a bit aloof when you are ready to order or have plates that need to be cleared up, but this is probably due to lack of training and not lack of interest.
