המיקום מעולה, הצוות נעים ועוזר בהכל, קשובים לכל צורך או בקשה. בעל המקום מקסים וקיבל את פנינו בשמחה. עזרו לנו להשכיר אופנוע שהגיע עד למלון ככה שלא נאלצנו להסתובב ולחפש, ארוחת בוקר הוגשה כל יום לפי בקשתנו עד לחדר, ניקיון חדרים והחלפת מגבות כל יום, ניקיון של הבריכה הפרטית, דאגו להסעה הלוך חזור למעבורת. היה פשוט מעולה!

Tolles, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm; schöne Aussicht auf Palmen, Frühstück im Zimmer, Rollervermietung wurde organisiert, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Tipps für Ausflüge etc.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced this level of personal care and hospitality. Aura Koh Tao is a relatively new hotel, and you can really feel it. Everything is modern, clean, well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the whole place has a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. The location is also excellent. It is only a few minutes from the main area of Sairee, so restaurants, bars and everything you need are very close, but at the same time the hotel is far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. This was exactly the balance we were looking for. Other guests also consistently mention the combination of a peaceful location, cleanliness and proximity to the main area. But what truly makes this place special is the owner and the staff. The owner gives an incredible level of personal attention and is available whenever you need anything. You never feel like just another guest or room number. You genuinely feel that they care about your stay and want to make sure everything is perfect for you. This personal service made a huge difference for us. Every request was handled with kindness, patience and a smile, and the atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. It is not surprising that the staff receive exceptionally high ratings from other guests as well. For us, this was much more than simply a nice hotel. It was one of those places that makes your whole trip better because of the people behind it. If we ever come back to Koh Tao, there is absolutely no question where we will stay. Highly, highly recommended. 10/10.

The only small downside was that the curtains did not block out the light well enough, so the room became quite bright in the morning.
