Location is very good and the unit is very spacious.
We were not told about the laundry facilities schedules. It is a common laundry in the basement and the tenants have their own schedules when to use it. You cannot just go down there and do your laundry. With language barriers, it is hard to communicate with the tenants. But if you are not staying longer than 3 days, this is a very good place to stay.

We stayed here and had a really comfortable time. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and in a quiet area, so everyone slept well. We also loved being close to the Limmat river — perfect for peaceful walks and a nice break from the city. Overall, a great place for families and we’d happily stay again.
