There are many shops, shopping facilities, restaurants, museums, churches, the Fulda as well as the Fulda-Aue (a beautiful large park with a lake). With the tram you can move everywhere in Kassel without a car and the stop is only about 100 metres away.The apartment is very modern and equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. A special highlight is the 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed with comfort topper.The second bedroom also has 2 single box-spring beds with toppers (0.90 x 2.00 m) so that you can sleep comfortably.For another 2 persons, the sofa bed in the living area is available, which can be folded down in a few easy steps. This sofa also has a high-quality pocket spring mattress and you can also place a topper on it.In the living area, a natural stone wall provides a stylish ambience. The smart TV has numerous apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, RTL+, YouTube, etc.). The two bedrooms also have their own TV with the same apps, so that even in a large family there is no need to argue about the TV programme: )The living area has a dining area for 6 people and a small sound system with DAB plus radio and Bluetooth.The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, providing plenty of storage space for our guests.The second bedroom has a small chest of drawers.The kitchen is fully equipped. To the front, you have a view of the university on the street side. The tram has a stop about 100 metres away. From there you can easily reach all the sights in Kassel without a car. The Fulda-Aue (the park in Kassel) with the Orangerie is also not far away. Boat trips can be made on the Fulda, you can walk to the pier.
