The living space of 100m² is spread over two floors. It has a light living room, a very modern kitchen with a dining space, three bedrooms and three spacious daylight bathrooms. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room is on the ground floor, with an elegant corner sofa suite, a coffee table, a TV with cable channels and a USB port. You go through into the glossy built-in kitchen in white and blue, equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with a stainless steel cooker hood, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. There is a round dining table with six chairs for leisurely holiday meals. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, with one double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, and there is also the first bathroom with a shower cubicle bath, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a toilet. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with another two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one has a bath and shower attachment while other has a shower cubicle, otherwise they are the same as the ground-floor bathroom. The historical Mediterranean metropolis of Dubrovnik about 6km away is ideal for an interesting day trip.One of the bedrooms on the upper floor opens directly onto the private sunny terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy the sunset over the sea with a glass of Croatian wine after a long day on the beach. If you arrive by car you can use the parking space right in front of the house.
