At Villa Mares you will find the perfect combination of modern comfort and rural tranquillity, nestled in an elegant and inviting environment.*Pets are not allowed.*Smoking is permitted in the garden, but not inside the flat or on the terrace.*We kindly ask our valued guests:*to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during midday rest,*for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning and dishwasher when they are not in the flat,*to use the equipment in the flat with care,*dispose of empty containers and clean used cutlery and kitchen utensils,*report any damage caused to the owner who, after careful inspection, will demand payment of the costs in cash before departure,*to inform the owner of the planned departure time the day before departure in order to organise the handover of the keys.*The flat must be vacated by 10:00 am on the last day of your stay.*The house has a swimming pool, deckchairs and parasols for shared use with the guests of the other flat.
