Please let us know if you experience any inconvenience. The signed rental contract must be received no later than the day of arrival. The deposit must be paid in cash on arrival (bank cheques are not accepted). Electricity, pellets (heating and hot water) and cold water consumption are not included in the rent. For short stays of less than 6 nights we offer a fixed price for all services. For longer stays of 6 nights or more, meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of the stay. We ask you to return the accommodation in the same condition as you found it on arrival.
