In center part of plot there is a large heated swimming pool ( 10m x 4.3 m) that is offering swimming in +25 Celsius heated water temperature, from early April till late October. Pool is surrounded by large sun terrace with deck chairs and also by 2 large outdoor terraces with bar and garden furniture. Both terraces offer beautiful view on pool and mountain view . Villa has its private sports terrain on 550 m2, composed of : basketball court 140 m2, football court on 160 m2, bocce court, badminton & volley ball court plus small mini golf course . Also, there is separate playground for small children, placed in beautiful flower garden with lots of trees ,that is surrounding Villa . Villa is just outside of a village , mind and body relaxing with lots of privacy for our guests and lots of outdoor activities on site. 6 mountain bikes in Villa are free for use on more than 65 km of superb mountain bike/quad forest routes that are placed just next to Villa. Large balcony ( 30 m2) on this floor offers an outside lounge seating set and large kitchen table so guests can have lunch on open space or just space to enjoy with view on the pool and environment around the house.On 2nd floor there are 3 large bedrooms with beautiful view on the pool and near by forest area . We advice our guests for local "must see" atractions, active excursions, rentals. We also can provide food and drinks on site with local specialties on menu. Pets and children are welcome. Bikes are free for guests. There is a billiard in a living room. On the plot there are badminton, volleyball and basketball court.
