Fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 people and a big living room with television and access to the upper terrace where we usually eat most of the meals.From all bedrooms there is access to the pool area with the completely secluded, heated swimming pool, which has its own surrounding terrace - ideal for lying in the sun and lazing on one of the house's many sunbeds. There is an outdoor shower. In 2011, the entire garden was renovated with numerous beautiful terraces. In the lower part of the garden there is evening sun. There are many old trees, most of which are fruit trees. In addition, we have roses, grapes and trees with grapefruit, avocado, oranges, plums and pomegranates. Around the villa there is a laundry room with washing machine and a small discreet terrace where you can dry your clothes naturally with Mediterranean breeze and sunshine. There is a closed garage with automatic gate and at street level there is a private off-road parking for another car.Heated pool which is exceptionally secluded. There are not many of the villas along the Mediterranean that have such excellent views as Casa Lobo.
