The exterior of the house offers a small tiled garden with a covered patio, ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open air, enjoying the mild climate and sea breeze. The location of the house, in the second row and away from the swimming pool, guarantees greater tranquillity and privacy, especially in the summer period. Despite this, the proximity to the condominium swimming pool, only 50 metres away, allows you to easily enjoy its cool, clean waters, and the private restaurant included in the complex for moments of relaxation and conviviality.
