It also has a comfortable sitting corner with a dining table and a TV. The bedroom has a fully-automatic pellets stove with a glass front, exuding a cosy atmosphere and heating the whole house and the hot water. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bunk bed (90 x 200cm per bed) and a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200cm). The bedroom and the kitchen have a modern flatscreen TV. High-speed Internet access is available throughout the house free of charge. The modern bathroom provides a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.The holiday house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a brick-built grill and seating. You can enjoy the view from a little balcony and a sunny terrace. The site is partially fenced. The parking space is right in front of the house and is free.The owner offers a bread rolls delivery service and eggs from his own hens, for a fine breakfast.It is about 2km to the centre with shops and to the shopping town of Mittersill. The giant Pass Thurn/Kitzbühel ski resort is just a few minutes’ drive away and you can get there with a free ski shuttle bus. There are two lovely cross-country skiing trails nearby and you can have fun on the toboggan and sleding run around 14 kilometres long. You can relax in thermal baths about 25km away.
