Starway Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao National Exhibition and Convention Center Beiqing Road

- Comfortable rooms. - Friendly staff. - Helpful owner, who overlooks the welfare of guests. - Budget hotel, with value for money. - Easily accessible by taxis. - Metro (subway) is quite far. - Bus terminus is a 5-7 minute walk. - The hotel offers a primarily traditional Chinese breakfast with a decent Continental spread. - Eating street with eateries serving traditional and global cuisines in a 15-20 minute walk. - Banks for currency exchange are between 12-15 minutes by walk. - A few yards ahead of the hotel, on the opposite footpath, one can find amazing mobile Chinese fast food sellers (food carts). - A shopping mall selling basic amenities is about 10-12 minutes by walk. - Quite far from downtown Shanghai.

There is hardly anything to dislike, except maybe the distance from Downtown Shanghai (People’s Street/The Bund).

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
