Upon entering the villa from the ground floor an open plan space welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a dining area. Large windows allow plenty of sunlight to get into. The floor has also a bedroom and two bathrooms, one of them is ensuite. Just a few steps above lead to the four bedrooms with private balconies. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom with a double size bed is located on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March.
