Large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool terrace, making it easy to transition between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the dining area for four offers an intimate setting for enjoying your creations. There are two bedrooms on the ground level. The first is a beautifully designed queen-size bedroom with a sea view, air conditioning, and direct access to the yard. The second bedroom features a large single bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and air conditioning, also with access to the yard. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level. On the upper level, guests will find a spacious bedroom with twin-size beds, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The bedroom also boasts a balcony with both sea and mountain views, offering the perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding beauty. A cozy living area on this floor includes a sofa that can be converted into two additional single beds upon request (at an extra cost), providing extra flexibility for larger groups. The 36 sqm swimming pool with a depth of 1.40m is perfect for refreshing dips while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, providing ample space for sunbathing and enjoying the warm Cretan weather. Heated Pool Policy - Season 2026 The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27-28°C, depending on the weather conditions, from March through June 10th and from September 10th through the end of November. Please note that we require 5 days’ advance notice for this ​amenity, and ​when selected, it is provided ​only for the entire duration of the stay. The cost of the heated pool can bepaid only with cash upon arrival. NEW 2027 SEASON - HEATED POOL POLICY For all reservations for the upcoming 2027 season, the swimming pool of can be heated upon request, free of charge, by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27°C depending on the weather conditions, from March until the 10th of June and from the 10th of September until the end of November. Please note that we require 3 days' advance notice for this facility. Moreover, from the 11th of June until the 9th of September, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request 3 days' advance notice for this facility, the minimum usage period is 3 days, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival. From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of the Law, there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is two euros per night from April to October and half a euro per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival. The villa also offers an outdoor shower for cooling off after a swim and a charcoal BBQ for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. The dining table, situated in the outdoor area, comfortably accommodates all guests for al fresco meals.
