The large doors open onto the veranda and pool area, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.Outdoor facilitiesThe most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool with a secure session for kids to swim and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table under a pergola next to the charcoal barbecue with a sink, cupboards, and preparation area. Next to this area, there are comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas for luxurious poolside relaxation. Spacious verandas and balconies are the best places to spend your time outside enjoying the sea view and fresh air. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa with a charger for the electric cars.***Heated Pool PolicyThe swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March.
