It has a master bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), as well as a private bathroom / WC (in the corridor) and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2m) and the third bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90m) share a bathroom/WC. A large, fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living/dining room. The living room has a cosy upholstered suite, as well as satellite TV and a music player. The small villa is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine.
