The house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, with a wonderful view of the valley and the village of Frankenau, and the winter sports areas of Winterberg and Willingen are only approx. 43 km away.Our holiday flat Kellerwald is a high-quality and very lovingly furnished holiday flat with its own entrance, which was newly renovated in 2021 and is located on the ground floor of a two-storey, half-timbered holiday home. This idyllic and bright flat in the middle of nature, with an open-plan living concept, is fully furnished to a very high standard and has many extras, a large terrace with parasol and garden furniture, as well as a modern pellet stove from Haas & Sohn, and new, digitally controllable Thermotec radiators. WLAN is available for free use throughout the flat. No liability is assumed for failures. The use of the car parking space (for one car) on the property is free of charge.The flat has a lawn and terrace area enclosed by a 1.20 metre high picket fence. This can be accessed via the patio door of the living area and via the garden gate. Garden furniture and a parasol are available. In the garden area there are various play equipment for children, which may be used at their own risk and under the supervision of the parents, up to two well-behaved and house-trained dogs are welcome, bed linen / sheets and towels can be booked optionally.Heating costs are charged per kilowatt hour consumed.
