It is located in the lower northern part of the island and forms the backdrop for the 200-year-old, completely renovated farmhouse. The artist Cesar Manrique planned and designed an interesting cactus garden in Guatiza, making the small village famous. The villa is located somewhat off the main village road (a well-stocked supermarket is a 5-minute walk away), embedded in the typical rural everyday life of the village, and the kitchen and dining room are very spacious and laid out in one area. There are also four wooden sun loungers and a gas barbecue. At the rear is a large garden with mature trees, an exotic mix of flowers and wonderful views of the volcanic mountains.
