Your house is wonderfully quiet and surrounded by the sea at the end of a narrow country lane surrounded by the sea. The house is modern with a new open-plan kitchen, a wonderfully large elongated living/dining area - with a multitude of sea view windows - the cosy crowning glory of the living area is the strong beams adorning the living space and between the front windows facing the sea there is a wood-burning stove. The house has several sheltered terraces - and an enclosed garden of approx. 3500m² and private gate with access to the sea/beach. You live all alone on a fenced 3500m² property - beautifully secluded and very quiet on a small elongated arm of land "Kergoz" in the rearmost house directly by the sea. All around you can see the sea at about 280 degrees - not a room in the house from which you cannot see the sea. - As the French say "les pieds dans l'eau" meaning "right on the water".
