The small but nice entrance area has a cloakroom with mirror and leads into the open-plan kitchen with adjoining living area. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with hob, oven, extractor bonnet, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The cosy dining area invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast or, of course, a delicious cup of East Frisian tea:"East Frisian cosiness always has a cup of tea ready."The living area is furnished with a cosy sofa and two armchairs, as well as a TV. From the living area you can access your own spacious garden. You can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on the beautiful, new and covered terrace. The mobile side walls provide a cosy and sheltered spot even on colder days.The separate bedroom with its cosy double bed ensures a good night's sleep. A TV is also available here for night owls. In addition to golf, tennis, table tennis, football, basketball, beach volleyball, indoor pool, outdoor pool and of course the unique adventure golf course in the area, an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails invites you to take long walks and cycle tours, during which you can enjoy the beautiful East Frisian landscape. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are about a 10-minute walk away. There are also pharmacies and doctors for emergencies.The North Sea coast with its unique Wadden Sea, which is always worth a visit, is about 45 minutes away by car.
