Situated in the heart of Charente Maritime, close to the Atlantic Ocean, it has beautifully tastefully designed and appointed interiors, coupled with a relaxing outdoor environment which, together with the two heated swimming pools (in use between 15 April and 01 October) and the well-proportioned pool area, offers you the perfect opportunity to relax in the French countryside.The property is extensive and offers many different places and spaces where you can relax: whether in the spacious, separate pool area with teak furniture, on the play area, by the two small rivers that flow through the property and even through the house, by the pizza oven, playing billiards, table football, table tennis or on the boules court, which is also floodlit in the evening. One double room on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
