The unit is reasonably located (Kanab is a small city) and is new construction. The three bedrooms are all located upstairs with the master having the ensuite bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and there was minimal outside noise.
For the size of the home, the kitchen needs more dishes. We were 5 adults and dishes needed to be washed after each meal - either by hand, or in the dishwasher even though it wasn't very full.

Loved parking in a garage - felt safe and secure. Being able to prepare meals was great - liked having a grill. Furniture was super comfortable and the large screen TV was fantastic to watch after a day of hiking. Also appreciated having the washer and dryer.
The screen doors didn't function properly, but that probably had to do with the weather/heat.
