The property was very clean and spacious with a small but well kept garden. It was easy to communicate with the host who was very helpful. The location was good with close proximity to local shops and the high street, and is on a quiet road with parking.

The location for visiting Rochester was superb. 20 min walk and you're at the cathedral.
The house was comfy and had all we needed.
The house was a little tired. It needed painting in areas.
There were a couple of clothes rails but no chest of drawers or similar for socks etc.
