Comfortable of the bed.
Its still cold. No warm blanket just a fleece blanket. Discovered bedlinen was clean but bed sheet was a tear in and dirty marks on. No kettle and cups in the room.

Did not have breakfast. The general feeling was okay
They booked me in to a different room as the one I paid for. (according to the photo on the web)
When I arrived the wash basin was lying on the floor, and they were still willing to let me stay there.
After I complained about this, I was offered another room at about only 20:00. This ended up to be the original room that I paid for.
They do apologized for the inconvenience, but I feel it could have been handled better.
