It’s clean
There’s no TV in the single room that I stayed in as advertised.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Being unfamiliar with Katima Mulilo, I managed to lose my way, but the lodge's incredible team didn't hesitate to step in. They kept in touch, tracked my location, and personally came to pick me up. Their willingness to go above and beyond for their guests turns a potentially stressful travel moment into a welcoming experience. True Namibian hospitality—I highly recommend staying here!"
The only minor issue was finding the property initially, as the road signage leading up to it could be a bit clearer for travelers who aren't familiar with the area. However, the staff immediately made up for this by tracking me down and picking me up, so it didn't impact my stay negatively at all!"
