This place was fantastic! They have a little bit of everything for your stay. After a long 17 hour car ride, the home was inviting and in immaculate condition. The kitchen and laundry closest was labeled with everything provided to make it easy to find. The views of the sunrise/sunset from the furnished front and rear decks were one for the books! Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach! They even had cart with some supplies for you to use! Communication with host was always timely and kind! 15 out of 10, will definitely be back!

This house was AMAZING!! Stocked with anything someone could possibly need to have a successful trip with a family of all ages!! So many details that one wouldn’t have thought! Blackout curtains in the bunk room- all the kitchen appliances you could need! There was not a negative to this house!

My wife and I stayed at Fins and Flamingos for a full month and had a great time. House was clean fully stocked and good location to pet friendly beach. Found a great welcome box upon arrival that was very helpful. We will consider returning in the fall for another stay.

It is a cute little place - nothing to be wowed about. Don’t let the pictures on the listing fool you - there is a 3 story house built in the open space blocking any view. Construction started at 7:45am and ended at 5pm during the week. The pictures should be updated to give an accurate portrayal. Plus one of the owners on the beach side told us that they owned the beach in front of their homes and we could not set up in front of their place near the water - that we had to stay by the public beach entrance only. If this is true it would have been nice to know. Overall the place was ok, they attempted to update it but it lacks a few modern things, no keurig coffee machine, outdated code entrance lock and the floors need a really good cleaning because our feet were black after taking our shoes off outside and walking around the house. the management company should peak under the beds to see how their cleaning company is doing. The management company stopped by 3 times in our 4 day stay when a text would have sufficed. We did not let these things distract from family time at the beach.By the way, Walmart grocery does not deliver to this address so get stuff before making the drive down the long road.
