Very clean. Spacious with wonderful views. Only complaint was king size bed was two smaller beds pushed together so not comfortable for my husbands back with the divide in the middle. Only suggestion I would have would be to provide a few more forks/ glasses . We didn’t have enough. Elevator did break during stay and that became hectic but I’m sure it was due tu hurricane Debby. Overall it was great and we would stay again. Plenty of room for the 7 adults we had.

This unit was plenty spacious for myself, my best friend and our six children. We loved that the balcony was pretty big, that we could prepare our own meals, that it was right on the beach.
one of the outdoor pools was not working during our stay but wasn’t a huge deal because there was another we could access at their other building next door. One other con was only one elevator was available ( the other was broke but actively being worked on) and sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes to get on.

The pictures showed a “king” size bed in the master. It is 2 twin beds pushed together. The couches were filthy. The dishes were dirty, like food still on them dirty. The kitchen sink faucet was messed up and wasn’t completely attached. Half the outlets didn’t work, there were holes in the walls. There a room outside the condo that is packed full of beach stuff that needs cleaned out and the door to it wouldn’t latch or lock. I could go on but I won’t.
