Beautiful property. We did have some issues with appliances working and pool furniture and umbrellas. The home was lovely and large enough to comfortably be there with family. Just needs attention to some details.

The house was a great size for a family or multiple families. The pool was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet even though the house backed up to the road. Bathrooms were well decorated and clean. The kitchen had expensive and high quality appliances. BUT, the house was not very clean. The kitchen countertops were dirty, the floors were filthy, and we found dirty socks by the couch. The furniture is beat up and needs to be replaced. The master bed was comfortable but the frame squeaked anytime you rolled over. We also had issues with the trash being picked up and the front door not unlocking. The kitchen was also stated to have been “well appointed” and it lacked a lot of items. The items that were there, were dirty or old.

Property is well maintained...the kitchen is superb! There is lots of room throughout the house, so you do not feel cramped.

The house was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to Inlet beach and to Rosemary Beach
