Washer and drier in the suite. Styler was very good too.

Convenient location. Very new and tidy.
The water dispenser on the kitchen counter is convenient and environmentally friendly, so we didn't need to buy bottled water. Many closets for storage after shopping.
The water pressure from the shower is very strong. Doubled windows to keep out the noise from the street. The front street is not busy, though.
However, the room is a bit small for 3 people. We were not able to open two suitcases at the same time. Although there is a well-equipped kitchen, there's no table and no extra chairs for eating. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, even though we set the fan to minimum. In general, a great place to stay.

Clean room, having a washing machine is such a plus, but what I loved most about the hotel was the staff. So friendly and helpful. You could tell that they were really doing their best to accommodate their guests. Will definitely go back next time I go to Seoul.
