Delightful three bedroom villa with private south facing garden, high speed fibre Internet and air-conditioning throughout, situated in the exclusive Casas da Audiência resort, located approximately 450 meters from the “Praia do Cabeço” beach.
This delightful 3 bedroom villa is exceptionally well equipped, has a very homely feel, and provides everything you need for a wonderful summer holiday or a longer term winter break. It is located in the exceptionally popular Casas da Audiência resort, next to the Praia Verde resort in the unspoilt Eastern Algarve.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a small balcony facing the front of villa, and bedroom 3 has twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor the villa has an additional small sitting room with a sofa-bed, and a bathroom / cloakroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, standing fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a door that opens to a covered and shaded area with table and chairs.
There is also well-proportioned open plan living room and dining area, which opens out onto the garden and barbecue area. The barbecue is a traditional Portuguese brick-built grill which is ideal for cooking meat, fish or vegetarian food. If you enjoy outside living, and cooking over hot charcoal. The garden is south facing and has a water feature. It´s a place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine!
Just outside the front of the villa there is ample on street parking.
The area is mainly made up of private villas and is within walking distance of the local beaches. Whether you are a beach lover, golfer, athlete or you just want to relax with your family and friends, this is the place to be.
Ideally situated between Monte Gordo and Altura the villa is close enough to all the local night life, but just far enough away to avoid the summer crowds!
Towards the beach there is a nature reserve including a lake, which makes a beautiful walk or bike ride into the town of Monte Gordo. The nature reserve is a favourite for walkers, runners, cyclists and for birdwatchers. The world class sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes who train throughout the year.

The directions for finding the villa and key were easy to follow. The host was very friendly and showed us through the villa, including instructions on using the dishwasher, washing machine, and stove. The back patio was lovely for basking in the sun and the beach was a 7 minute walk. A small bakery, grocery store, and cafe was only 5 minutes on foot. Easy access to main roads.
