Villa Dorothea is a newly renovated two-level retreat offering
panoramic views of both the sea and the Cretan landscape. Designed with
clean lines, natural materials, and generous open spaces, the villa
creates a calm and modern setting for families and groups of up to 10
guests.

Inside, the villa features a spacious living room with large sofas, a
dining area, and full air-conditioning throughout. The open-plan
kitchen is fully equipped for long stays, making it easy to cook,
gather, and spend time together. Five comfortable bedrooms are spread
across two floors, each with AC, plenty of natural light, and easy
access to bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Step outside to the highlight of the property: a private swimming pool
(7 × 4.5 m) set on an elevated terrace with unobstructed views of the
sea and surrounding hills. The outdoor area includes sun loungers,
umbrellas, a shaded dining space, and a fully organized BBQ area —
ideal for long lunches and relaxed evenings.

With private parking for three cars, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a
peaceful location close to Georgioupoli and the beaches of the area,
Villa Dorothea offers the comfort of a modern home with the quiet charm
of the Cretan countryside.
