You’ll especially appreciate its cozy atmosphere, particularly its beautiful garden. Relax in the hammock or the hot tub while admiring the stunning view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi.

This 38 m² duplex apartment is laid out as follows:
On the first floor:

> A spacious living area featuring:
> A fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, fondue set, kettle, dishwasher, range hood…) with everything you need to cook just like at home.
> A dining area for 4 people
A living area with a wood-pellet stove, a smart TV, and a high-quality sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two guests.
> A full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a small washing machine.
> A beautiful private garden and a terrace with views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, a dining area for 4 people, a gas grill, a hot tub, and a hammock
Upstairs:
> a bedroom with a 160-cm queen-size bed and a TV
> a bathroom open to the bedroom, featuring a bathtub and a sink.
Perfectly located in the Bossons neighborhood, near the train station, allowing you to take the Mont-Blanc Express to explore the entire valley. A bus stop on Line 1 provides access to Les Houches in one direction and Chamonix in the other.
Enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood (no direct neighbors, with a forest and river nearby) while being just a stone’s throw from downtown.
For guests with a car, downtown and its many bars, restaurants, and activities are a 10-minute drive away.
The closest supermarket to the apartment is in Les Houches, about a 10-minute drive away.
You can park in the residence’s parking lot; parking spaces are not assigned. The apartment also has a private garage. Please note that the garage is currently inaccessible but will be available soon.
For those without a car, the Les Bossons train station is 800 meters from the apartment and allows you to take the Mont-Blanc Express to explore the entire valley year-round.
The “Les Montquarts” bus stop provides access to the Les Houches ski area (Bellevue and Prarion ski lifts) in one direction and to the Chamonix ski area in the other (La Flegère ski lift).
For hiking enthusiasts, there are many trails nearby.
