My residence is extremely clean, airy, and comfortable, not to mention the great location, a place to rest your mind and forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located in a planned and very safe neighborhood, as the vast majority of residents are public servants, such as police officers, municipal guards, etc. Close to supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and bars (including some with live music), you will be well-located and comfortable with the security of a planned neighborhood, with areas for children such as a playground and a soccer field.
