One bedroom apartment on the first level of a three level townhouse with free car parking. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sak, this apartment is perfect for couples, friends travelling together or small families. A 15 min walk or 2 min drive to central Queenstown makes this apartment a convenient private option.
You have your own bathroom and kitchen with a washer and dryer. The large bedroom/lounge has a very comfy super king bed with quality linen. Also in the bedroom is a comfy couch that can fold out to a double sofa bed. A memory foam mattress topper is in the cupboard and goes on to top of the safa bed mattress to ensure a comfy night's sleep. Quality linen is provided. A new heatpump is also in this room.
Your carpark is right beside the front door.
Your kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and all the nessesary cutlery, and dinnerware is provided.

The Check- In was not successful.
There was a family emergency and we were left waiting from 1730hrs to 1900hrs waiting to get into the accommdation. We were invited in for a coffee by their neighbour ( Fanchesca) who was very nice and did try to contact Mark a number of times without success.
While using the kettle, the socket circuit breaker dropped out twice in the consumer unit. Needs addressing.
Smell of cigarette smoke in hallway as it was a shared entrance.

Very comfortable amenities, close to the main town within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked with our favourite teas and coffee too.
