VILLA TERRASINI – TERRASINI
Set directly above the crystalline waters of Terrasini’s coastline, Villa Terrasini is a rare and extraordinary retreat where Sicilian authenticity meets cutting-edge design. Recently transformed with an ultra-modern architectural style, this tuff-stone villa rises naturally from the landscape, offering uninterrupted sea views, dramatic sunsets, and the constant sound of the waves below.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Terrasini, the villa is just steps from sandy beaches, waterfront restaurants, local cafés, and boutique shops. Palermo Airport is only 16 km away, making this an ideal base for an effortless and luxurious seaside escape.

INDOOR
Inside, the villa unfolds into a spectacular open-plan living space framed by floor-to-ceiling glass walls overlooking the sea. Sunlight floods the elegant lounge, dining area, and high-tech Bulthaup design kitchen, creating a seamless sense of space and serenity.
Refined Italian design defines the entire home, featuring Lago and Saba furnishings, curated artwork by contemporary local artists, and sophisticated lighting that enhances every detail. A professional wine cellar with independently controlled temperature zones allows perfect storage of white, red, and sparkling wines, ideal for wine lovers and private tastings.
On the elegant mezzanine level, two luxurious double suites (bed sizes: one standard and one king size) offer maximum comfort and privacy. Each features a private bathroom, and one suite includes a stunning walk-in shower with a hammam function, your own wellness sanctuary overlooking the sea.

OUTDOOR
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, enjoying complete tranquillity in a refined and intimate setting. Large panoramic windows frame the coastline, while outdoor terraces invite you to dine, relax, and admire Terrasini’s signature sunsets.
To elevate your stay, the villa’s concierge service can arrange:
• Private dinners
• Catamaran or boat charters
• Personalized excursions around the Gulf of Castellammare and the Palermo coast
Whether you’re savouring a gourmet meal, admiring the lights of Terrasini at night, or swimming at Magaggiari Beach just moments away, Villa Terrasini is a place where luxury finds its most authentic expression.
