The villa, in Provençal style, is located in the hills of the village of Drap, about fifteen minutes from Nice and about twenty minutes from the beaches. It is completely private, including the house, garden, and pool. The entire property is fenced and secure. It consists of two floors. The first floor has a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and one air-conditioned bedroom. The second floor has three air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower room, a small office, and a large veranda equipped with a pool table. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. The air conditioners are new. The living room is not air-conditioned. (Equipped with fans) PGJyPg Heating and air conditioning are included in the rental price. PGJyPg PGJyPg Free Wi-Fi. PGJyPg Room Details: PGJyPg (12 beds + 1 cot) - One room with 3 single beds - One room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed on a mezzanine - One room with 1 double bed (160x200) - One room with a double bed (160x200) and 1 pull-out bed with 2 mattresses (160x200). Additional sleeping arrangements: 4 mattresses to place on the floor; 1 double sofa bed in the veranda; an additional floor on the garden level with the laundry room (a third shower room is located near the laundry room but is not on the bedroom floor). Outside, a large ping-pong table; a pool area with sun loungers and parasols; pool toys and beach accessories (mats and parasols). Small fitness equipment (dumbbells, a cross-brace, and an exercise mat) is available in the conservatory. Numerous games and books are also available for all ages. Books in French and English are also available. Lush vegetation surrounds the house, and the view from the living room and the pool overlooking the surrounding hills is exceptionally beautiful. In summer, the song of the cicadas will enchant you. The pool has a counter-current swimming system and a jacuzzi. A car is absolutely necessary to access the house. The road from the village to the villa has some bends, but it is neither long (5 minutes) nor dangerous. In the village, 5 minutes away, there are all the necessary shops: pharmacy, doctors, bakery, and even 2 hypermarkets 10 minutes away. 18 minutes from Nice city center. 20 minutes from the beaches. 30 minutes from Monaco. 25 minutes from Nice airport. 40 minutes from Italy. Drap Cantaron train station in the village. The train station offers a 16-minute train journey to Nice. A vehicle is then necessary to reach the villa, which is 5 minutes from the station. The villa is secure, with alarms and cameras that can be activated upon request.
