Welcome to Lakefront Landing, your private oasis on beautiful Lake Livingston! Nestled on the eastern shore, this stunning vacation rental offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the private dock, casting a line into the crystal-clear waters, or simply unwinding by the sparkling pool (pics coming!). In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for stargazing and laughter, then head inside for some friendly competition in the massive game room.
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Lake Livingston, Texas (eastern side of the lake)
● Private pool: This property has a large in-ground pool.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: There is room for up to 8 vehicles in the driveway.
Lakefront Landing boasts a spacious layout, perfect for families or groups of friends. The main living area is open and inviting, leading out to a large deck overlooking the lake. The living room is open to the dining area as well as the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you`ll need to prepare delicious meals.
The master bedroom, conveniently located near the living area, offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate comfort. Next door, a cozy bedroom features a twin bunk bed, perfect for younger guests.
Off the dining room, you`ll find a unique space that serves double duty. This large room features three queen-over-queen bunk beds, creating a fun and functional bunk room. During the day, it transforms into the perfect spot for friendly competition as a game room, complete with arcade games, a big-screen TV for movie nights, and a dry bar area for whipping up refreshments.
Off the kitchen is a hallway that leads to the other bedrooms. The first one you`ll find is a comfortable bedroom with two queen-sized beds. Next door to that one, another bedroom offers a king-sized bed for a restful night`s sleep.
The two bedrooms on the lakeside of the home provide additional options. One features a king-sized bed, while the other offers a queen-sized bed with a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests. With this variety of sleeping arrangements, Lakefront Landing can comfortably host your entire group.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
Surveillance Camera: Exterior Camera. One pointed towards the backyard. One pointed towards the front of the home.
House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH POOL FILTRATION SYSTEM. Tampering with the system will result in a $500 fine.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Enjoyed the stay. It was an amazing idea to have arcade gaming setup and bunker beds in a single room(modified garage). Kids were fully engaged there letting us have a peaceful stay

Beautiful property with comfy beds and a lovely pool. Lots of room to sit around and hang out together and the kitchen is nicely stocked for cooking. Water heater works really fast - be careful when running hot showers - it gets hotter than you expect. Plenty of towels and pool towels for everyone and easy to find.

We picked this location because we had a church group of 18 teenage girls (Ages 12-18) and 6 leaders. The home was large enough to fit all of us, and the garage was converted to a huge bunk room which worked perfect. Not sure how we would've fit the description of 32 people, but it was great for our needs. The pool was a great amenity to use along with the lake. The dock provided good access to get in the lake, but it had a few nails that weren't all the way down and a big bolt off the ladder so had to be careful. The mowers came on the last morning while we were trying to pack up so that was annoying, but manageable. Good parking space. We did have several spiders and insect visitors during the stay, but to be expected next to a new development. The Kitchen and living were big enough for all our needs. The curtains in the Master Bedroom were very transparent, and there was no door to close between the room and the Master bathroom sink and tub area, so we had to put paper up to keep from seeing in, especially at night. Good A/C and good hot water. The waves on the lake were huge and the water was only 3' deep at the dock, so we had to keep the boat away from the dock and swim out to it, plus there were some big rocks or blocks that we kept hitting while walking out to the boat. The waves and depth aren't the fault of the owners, but just good to know if you're trying to use this as a place to waterski and pull tubes.

There is a lot of things that need to be replaced in the home, couches have stains all over them, fridge freezer handle is broke but holding on with tape, septic tank flooded one bathroom but all showered kind of made noise, the smell outside was so horrible! The home itself if big and very nice. We enjoyed the pool except for all the mosquitoes didn’t really let us they kept getting in our face it’s so bad outside
