At the center of the property, a sleek pool stretches between the homes, surrounded by loungers, cabanas, and shaded seating nooks. Lush greenery and glowing string lights set the mood from day to night, while the hot tub, Orca cold plunge with automatic chiller, 6-person redwood barrel sauna, outdoor kitchen and dining area, fire pit, hammocks, and putting green turn the courtyard into the compound’s main gathering place. Just off the courtyard, the dedicated game room adds a speakeasy-style layer of entertainment with TVs, a full pool table, and a bar.
