The property is in an excellent location if you want to be near the Summerland Beach and the Montecito experience. The Host was great. The wall of door/windows between the great room and the deck open up completely and that is a great feature.

We had such an incredible visit at this beautiful home. It was comfortable and clean with the most spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean with gorgeous flowers surrounding the property. Would definitely come back to stay again in the future!

Communication was excellent. The propane tanks were empty except for one but the valves would not turn on the table or bbq pit. Couldn’t get the jacuzzi to turn on. Handheld in both showers did not work. Plug outlet did not work in secondary bathroom. Master shower curtain did not cover entire shower making it hard to keep water from spraying on floor. We suggest instruction booklet and check out requirements such as towels should go in the washer, strip beds? Run dishwasher before leaving? Overall, the property was cozy and we had a great time and will book again. Our host, Aiden was wonderful!
