Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king size bed, a private balcony, a 50` TV, and a full ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 is set up with one queen bed and one double bed, while Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The living room also features a sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space for guests. Throughout the home you`ll find bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades to help everyone rest well.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking from scratch or keeping things simple. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all on hand, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a drip coffee maker, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils for the grill. The dining table seats six - a comfortable setup for shared meals before or after a day at the beach.

Two bathrooms are stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. One bathroom includes a bathtub for a longer soak after a day on the water.

Shared beach access is just steps from the front door, putting the sand and coastal trail within easy reach. After time on the shore, come back to the private patio or balcony, outdoor dining area, and outdoor furniture. Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are included for your outings.

An in-unit washer and dryer add practical convenience for longer stays. A Pack `n play/Travel crib is available upon request. Safety features include exterior security cameras (Ring Doorbell, garage-facing camera, and a camera covering the steps to the front door), a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Nice clean spacious condo, you have to climb 47 stairs to get to the front door. Otherwise, it’s a great place.

Had a great time at this property. The home was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The beach was right around the corner and we felt safe and comfortable walking there and in the area. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio. We cooked a couple dinners and breakfasts in the kitchen. It had everything we needed and then some. Would definity stay there again. The host, Mike, was great responding to our messages before and during our stay!

We loved our stay at this home. This home in San Clemente was perfect for our son's wedding at the Casino. It was convenient to everything in the area, with a trolley stop nearby to reach the main street and pier. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The communication was excellent and on point with everything we needed, including during a power outage on the morning of the wedding. We will be back for anything in San Clemente.

The home was great overall. Unfortunately we arrived and the house code, lockbox code, and garbage room code that were supplied were incorrect. This took some time to rectify while navigating this with the Vacasa service help. The pack n play is old and the cushion uncomfortable with an incorrect size sheet supplied so we had to go find another bed for the infant. The washing machine malfunctioned so our clothes were wet when we had to check out because the machine did not complete its cycle. We had to unplug it and start over which meant there wasn’t time to dry the clothing.
