First of all, I would like to emphasize how the communcation with the Host, Matija, is on another level. Always reachable, full of advice and ready to help, I commend him on being such a great host. The Villa itself was spotless, all the amenities were as described and we fully enjoyed them. The dome on the swimming pool was perfect during the cloudy days. All in all, a very enjoyable stay with no issues, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful vacation in Croatia, and staying at this villa made it even more special. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed — a nice pool with a retractable roof, a sauna, and a jacuzzi, which added a lot of comfort to our stay. There were also various entertainment options available, so we always had something to do, whether we wanted to relax or have some fun. The area around the villa was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature - a perfect place to unwind. The host, Matija, was very kind, always available, and ready to help with anything we needed. It was excellent holidays for our family. Everything in villa is great. We loved the quiet and peacefull place. Pool is really fantastic. Also the owner of the villa is very kind, accommodating and he prepared a wonderful welcome gifts. It is a perfect stay in Istra where you can feel like home. Great place for a relaxed pace. Forget Pula or Rovinj, you can drive there for a day trip. This is a beautiful place in the heart of Istria where you can wake up to a great espresso and go to the pool. If it rains or it is cold, go to the pool under the dome. Very nice decorations in the house too. Safe and fun for kids as well. If you want some more people, drive 10 min to Pazin and have some pastries. Very happy and will recommend that others stay here.
