Residenza Le Rose is the perfect place if you’re looking for a dreamy, relaxing vacation in the heart of Chianti Classico. This small, charming medieval village, with its pleasant walking paths, is situated in a scenic location. It is surrounded by breathtaking views of the green hills and vineyards that produce some of the world’s most famous wines.
The Space
This centuries-old stone house has been recently renovated and furnished in the typical, refined Tuscan style, featuring terracotta floors, stone walls, and wooden-beamed ceilings. In short, it’s an enchanting gem crafted with refined taste and welcoming simplicity.

Residenza Le Rose offers every comfort. A private garden features an outdoor dining area suitable for 6–8 people under a cool, charming gazebo covered in jasmine, where you can enjoy a delicious Tuscan-style barbecue with friends and family.

The villa is a single-story home with 3 bedrooms (two with twin beds and one with a king-size bed). All bathrooms have showers. The living room features a beautiful stone fireplace and a guest bathroom nearby. There is a separate dining room that seats 8 people, a small fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and ironing board. There is a nearby bathroom and a room that can also be used as a maid’s room or for a babysitter. Most of the rooms have windows with breathtaking views.
To enter the house, you climb a few steps up to a panoramic terrace where you can sit and enjoy peaceful moments of relaxation with a glass of wine at sunset or at breakfast while savoring the fresh morning breeze.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the outdoor community pool from May 15 to October 15. The pool has rules and regulations that must be reviewed before use.
The pool is not part of the Residenza Le Rose property but is a separate, regulated facility belonging to the Le Cogne condominium.

The property features a 500-square-meter private garden, a barbecue, 2 sets of towels per guest, 2 sets of bedding per bed, cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, central heating throughout the house, a stone fireplace, two private parking spaces, and a loggia with a view.
Other things to keep in mind
During your stay, we will provide 2 sets of sheets for each bed, 2 sets of towels, 1 blanket, and 1 bedspread for each guest. You’ll also have two or more sets of tablecloths and the necessary kitchen linens.

Access: Via a dirt road lined with cypress trees, approx. 300 meters. Parking in front of the property.

Pool: Dimensions: 15 x 8 m. Pool area: tiled, with a lawn, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. The pool is just a short walk from the house and is available for use by all guests staying in the 8 houses that make up the property. Available from May 15 to October 15.

Garden: Approximately 500 square meters of land naturally enclosed by trees and shrubs, adorned with plants and flowers. Outdoor furniture with a brick barbecue and a charming gazebo covered in jasmine, featuring a table for 6–8 people.
