Thanks to the gallery-style first floor and the huge panoramic windows that stretch from floor to ceiling, the house is particularly bright and welcoming. The view constantly opens up from every angle to the enchanting landscape, the water, and the colourful hustle and bustle all around.

This house also has its own private boat dock, where you can bring your own boat or rent one locally.

The harbour village of Zerpenschleuse is well worth a visit even in winter. After a walk along the frozen lake or through the snowy woods, you can warm up in the holiday home in front of the cosy crackling wood-burning stove in the living room. The wellness shower in the spacious ground-floor bathroom is also a wonderful place to relax. Here in the harbour village, you can unwind all year round and truly take a deep breath.

Next to the holiday home village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which intersects here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Nestled in woods and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists, and hikers.
