Perched above the coastline with incredible views in every direction, Mountain Vista is one of Camps Bay’s most effortlessly beautiful villas. From Table Mountain and Lion’s Head to the Twelve Apostles and the Atlantic Ocean, you’re surrounded by some of Cape Town’s best scenery the moment you arrive.

The villa has a laid-back, modern feel—minimalist, light-filled, and made for easy coastal living. Whether you’re here to unwind or using the space for a shoot, the combination of privacy, open-plan flow, and natural beauty makes Mountain Vista a standout.

There are four comfortable, stylish bedrooms, each with king-size beds, soft linens, and calm views of the ocean, mountains, or garden. The separate Nature Retreat adds an extra hideaway and can double as a fifth bedroom thanks to its cosy daybed. Surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea, it’s a favourite spot for guests who want a little extra peace.

With two pools, sunny terraces, generous lounging areas, and a 360° rooftop deck that’s hard to beat, this villa is all about soaking up fresh air, ocean breezes, and those classic Camps Bay sunsets.

You’re a quick 10-minute walk to Clifton Beach, and just moments from Camps Bay’s restaurants, cafés, and the trail up Lion’s Head. The villa also offers excellent security, ensuring you can fully relax throughout your stay.
