The Space

A spacious 3-bedroom apartment on a single level in central Queenstown, within walking distance of the lakefront. The master bedroom, living area and kitchen all look out over Lake Wakatipu, the TSS Earnslaw and the surrounding gardens.



Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with lake views. Each bedroom can be set up with a king bed or two single beds, which suits couples, families and groups.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with standing showers, one of them an ensuite with a double shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living area with a gas fireplace, a 65" Smart TV and views over Lake Wakatipu.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, with lake views, a Belling induction range with oven, Falcon rangehood, Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, Bosch dishwasher, inverter microwave, kettle, toaster and rice cooker.

Balcony: Private balcony with outdoor seating, plus an outdoor area by the front door.

Stairs: External stairs only; no internal staircases

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you’re staying more than 5 days, we’d recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
